IF AT FIRST YOU DON'T SUCCEED..

Back from dance classe.. just one orange as a snak.. and picking up all my courage to start counting calories again.

Lets get through this thing together. I too fell short of my goal for the week. In fact, I failed miserably. Same thing here, I do good all day then let myself down in the evenings. I know what the answer is. I have to start running again. I used to run every day and now I only walk. My goal should be to get back up to where I was but to do that, I have to get lean too. At one point, only 5 years ago, I would run 15 miles every other weekend. I can only do about 2 at the moment with any good pace. I don't know if I need to lose to start running or start running to lose. I am eating only fruit and cheese today. Wish me luck. I am going to push my lunch walk to 1 and a half miles.

Ok for together.. I'll try that :)

If you have alot to loose, I think running isn't the best.. cause your joints will really suffer.

Depending on how you feel maybe alternate 1 min runing with 2 mins walking.. checking each time how your knees etc take it.. Intervals are better for fat burning anyways..

get the book "new rules of lifting" there's a fatburner workout in there that I've read alot of good about.

that would be even better for now.. it starts with a break-in program according to how fit you are now.
