This Sunday's 11 hour hike really put me back on track for my diet.. at least so far. Now, all I have to do is stick to it. ok.. it's only been 2 days.. but one day at a time is all I need.
TGIF but I am still stuck at 214. My clothes are fitting better though so that is ok. I bumped up the activity a little too. I am doing 4 miles every other day and some upper body in between. I will do a post to tell you what else is depressing. Have a great one.
